Public Health Digital Transformation Enablement Services

The Departments of Public Health (DPH) and Innovation and Technology (DoIT) ("State") requests proposals from responsible Offerors to meet its needs. The State is soliciting proposals to secure Public Health Digital Transformation Enablement Services under the Gubernational Disaster Proclamation and provides for an expedited timeline.

Proposals that do not include a Business Enterprise & Veteran Business Utilization Plan will be disqualified. Vendors are urged to consult these CEI's Certification Directories for qualified vendors. Please reference the solicitation for applicable NIGP commodity codes.

Vendors should not direct questions or discuss this solicitation with any State of Illinois employee other than the identified solicitation contact. All questions about the solicitation should be directed in writing to DoIT.ESM@Illinois.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. Responses to all written questions will be posted to this website and vendors should monitor the webpage for responses to questions and updated information.

Announcement

A second round of Q & A is now open! All questions about the solicitation, including the Bidder's Conference, should be directed in writing to DoIT.ESM@Illinois.gov by June 10, 2022, at 2pm CST. The State will post all additional questions and answers by June 17, 2022, at 2pm CST.
