DOJ Issues Web Accessibility Guidance under the ADA

On March 18, 2022, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) published guidance confirming that the the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires state and local governments and businesses open to the public to ensure their websites are accessible to people with disabilities.
