Leveraging Diversity in Technology Procurement Educational Series

This session kicks off the new “Leveraging Diversity in Technology Procurement” educational series. This free session, “Understanding Vendor Disclosures,” offers a practical overview of key disclosure requirements for IT vendors contracting with the State of Illinois, particularly those working with DoIT. 

Topics will include: 

• Conflict of interest statements 
• Political contribution reporting 
• Illinois Department of Human Rights registration 
• Proper use of the Illinois Procurement Gateway 
• Common pitfalls and how to avoid them 
• Full compliance with the Illinois Procurement Code and CPO-GS rules 

The webinar will be presented by procurement experts from ITPO and hosted by DoIT’s Office of Supplier Diversity. Attendees will gain practical insights to strengthen their submissions, reduce processing delays, and improve compliance readiness for future solicitations.
