This session is part of the “Leveraging Diversity in Technology Procurement” series and will provide valuable guidance on preparing effective BEP utilization plans.

Titled “Understanding and Preparing a Utilization Plan,” this session tackles one of the most common compliance challenges vendors face in the procurement process. The webinar will provide targeted guidance on how to:
- Properly complete and submit Utilization Plans
- Develop participation agreements
- Write clear and effective Statements of Work
- Demonstrate Good Faith Effort to meet BEP goals
- Strengthen submissions and avoid processing delays
The webinar will be presented by Reginald Lampkin, DoIT’s BEP/VBP Manger for Supplier Diversity. The training is designed to help vendors reduce rejections, expedite BEP approval, and gain confidence in navigating the process.
The session will be recorded and made available to registrants after the event.
